To ensure everything runs smoothly, here are some important details about our booking process:
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We have a strict 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy to help us serve all our clients.

Cancellations or changes made 24 hours before your appointment incur a $50 termination fee.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you can’t make it, so we can offer your spot to someone else. We’ll send appointment reminders 48 hours and 24 hours before your scheduled time. You can manage your bookings easily through the timely app or by calling us.
Arriving Late
If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust your appointment (shorten, reschedule, or cancel). The full cost of the originally booked service will still apply, regardless of changes.
Changes to Booked Services
We allocate specific time slots for each client. Any last-minute changes that shorten your service (such as switching to a removal-only appointment or reducing nail art) will still require payment for the full service. Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment or by contacting us directly.
Contraindications
For your safety, we cannot provide services if you have a contagious nail condition (such as fungal infections or plantar warts). If you're aware of these conditions, please cancel your appointment. If you arrive with a nail disease, services will not be provided, and you may be charged the full service cost.
