Booking terms & conditions

At our salon, we aim to create a fun yet professional experience.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional service, as the success of our business supports our team, suppliers and commitment to excellence.

Before your visit

To ensure everything runs smoothly, here are some important details about our booking process.

Cancellation & rescheduling policy

Please give us 24 hours if you need to change or cancel. It lets us offer your time to someone else.

Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment carry a 50% cancellation fee.

We send reminders 48 hours and 24 hours ahead, and you can move your booking yourself in the Timely app or by calling the salon.

Arriving late

If you are more than 10 minutes late we may need to shorten, move or cancel your appointment, and the full cost of the service you booked still applies.

It is not a penalty. The time was held for you and the next client is already booked.

Changes to booked services

Each appointment has its own time slot. Shortening a service on the day, by switching to a removal only or dropping nail art, still costs the full price of what you booked.

Change it up to 24 hours ahead in the Timely app, or call us.

Contraindications

We cannot work on a contagious nail condition, including fungal infection and plantar warts. If you think you have one, call us and we will move your appointment.

Arriving with one means we cannot treat you, and the full cost still applies. We would much rather hear from you first.

If it chips

Email us a photo and we will fix it free. Our chip-free guarantee covers a set period after your appointment, which varies by service.

Send it to reception@milknails.com.au with a line about what happened.

Saturday surcharge

Saturdays carry penalty rates for our team, so a 5% surcharge applies to services booked on a Saturday. It is added automatically.
